1. What is the first step to going?
Register. The registration fee is $329 per person. Complete the registration form here.
2. What about the hotel rooms?

3. What does the registration fee include?
For $329 per person, the registration fee gives you an all-access pass to 4 days of seminars, keynote speakers, special events, breakfast and lunches on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, receptions, and an exclusive awards gala.
4. Are rooms and flights included in the Expo registration fee?
No, your room will need to be booked through the resort using this link. Flights can be booked on your own.
5. Is there a discount on flights?

6. Can bring a guest?
Yes, you can bring a guest for $150 which includes attendance for the Welcome Reception, Vendor Mixer and Awards Gala. Just select guest from the dropdown on the left-hand side.
7. Can I bring my children?
Although children will not be allowed at the conference, we do encourage you to bring them and make it a vacation for everyone. Here are some available childcare services: Nashville Hotel Babysitting & Events Childcare (destinationsitters.com)
There is also a water park at the resort and a variety of things to do in the area.
8. What amenities does the hotel have?

10. Which airport do I fly in and out of?
Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the closest airport to the Gaylord Opryland Resort.
